Procedure for Complaints and Other Appeals of Citizens
Receipt of applications, complaints and other appeals of citizens is provided in compliance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan № 446-P «About Recourses of Citizens» dated 13 December, 2002 and the Instruction about the order of consideration of recording and record of paperwork for letters, application and complaints of the citizens, constituted by the Order of JSC «Uzbekenergo» № 399 dated 31December, 2010.
Registration, recording and control are conducted on the program АMSCE (the automated monitoring system of execution).
On the basis of the Order of JCS “Uzbekenergo” № 6/K dated 6 January, 2014, the responsible person for receipt and processing of electronic appeals of the citizens sent on web-site is appointed Mrs. Mirzayeva Sh.
